Somewhere I have the original prototype of this model along with some CAD renders. Save that for another rainy day post. Cheers!

Adobe Flash...
I was reminded of an old ID project that I worked on while at the same time I've been brushing up on my Adobe Flash skills. I haven't used Flash since I created my old, personal website using version CS. It's definitely improved greatly with not only the ease of use, but the amount of stuff that one can do.

Cofo, prototype v1...
This is a quick little movie (done in Adobe Flash) showing the Cofo prototype v1. Cofo was designed in Solidworks, cut out of sheet steel on a water jet (at the TechShop), powder coated, and has a teak base. The teak, edge grain 2.5" block, is from ProTeak, which uses FSC certified wood.
It was great testing it out, but it definitely needs some updates. Version 2 will have an adjustable height among other additions. I'll post some detailed pictures in a couple days, when I get a new tripod.
