I'm almost in disbelief that I haven't seen a stylus pen with pressure sensitivity for the iPad, being that we're at version three of Apple's ground breaking device. I can't imagine it's for the lack of a demand. I'd predict that Wacom would be hard at work on such a device as a release from a competitor would spell trouble for the tablet maker. For a moment, imagine drawing on the iPad with pressure sensitivity. Sounds great to me. Of course, there would still be a market for the large screen Cintiqs, but they're expensive and having a portable digital drawing tablet, just sounds so good, and of course cheaper.
